Okay!  HC11 guys submit an example of their encoder code, 8031 guys
submit their encoder code, and PIC guys too!  Then of course the AVR,
Hitachi's, Visual Basic, Java, etc... well they'll have to fend for
themselves like the woe begotten stepchildrens that they are!

I just mentioned HC11 because it is widely acknowledged as the most
superior of all micro BotBrain types.    ;-)))
