That is a single pole single throw relay. Apply power to pins 1 and 3 to
energize the coil and the switch between pins 2 and 4 will close. I could
not find a data sheet for that model so I do not know what voltage or
current it requires. Start out low, like 5 volts on the coil and see what
happens.
