Hello everyone,
Well I had done a RISC processor using diglog (or log) from the chipmunk system :
http://www.cs.berkeley.edu/~lazzaro/chipmunk/
It's quite intuitive for circuit drawing and you have access to a large
library of electronic components.
So I think this may be something to check for you.
