Wow, pretty complicated first design in Eagle.
Looks like you might have built more parts than you needed to.
RCL is the resistor, capacitor, inductor library.
ISP6 and ISP10 headers in some of the atmel libraries.
Did you look at the cadsoft site for downloadable libraries -- if you don't
find the parts, e.g. atmel, you are looking fo, give it a look. If a library
is not showing up in your Add list, you will need to do a Library | Use to add
it to the search list.
Smash is real handy for getting the name and value labels where you can drag
them about.
I assume you are getting a solder masked board made?
Copper pours with no solder mask are a real pain to solder IMHO
very easy to bridge connections -- I realize you probably need the ground
plane..
