I spent a few hours calling Garmin tech support to find out what "navigation
accuracy" was. I never got a straight answer. The best I got was that I
depended on some stuff it measured and also depended on moving/stationary.
But the last person I talked to would not commit to a standard deviation as
a definition of "navigation accuracy" As I remember, that is a Garmin
proprietary field, not part of the NMEA standard.
