Congratulations, Kip!
I also upgraded my license recently, to General. I did it one day
before the "no-code" change, because I was grandfathered due to
passing the code test when I got my Technician license way-back-when.
I brought a slide rule for the math problems, since slide rules are
allowed (so are calculators) and the math is easy.
For anyone who's interested, you can take practice tests online at
www.qrz.com. To study, I got Gordon West's instructional CDs, and
listened to them on the way to and from work.
Does anyone know when the question pool for Extra class changes?
