Check out http://microdrones.com/
This is to be the most stable quad rotors I've seen. They have some
impressive videos on the site. The ducted air designs are annoyingly
loud, the microdrones design was whisper quiet. I can't imagine how
much it costs, but it would make an interesting robot platform.
