I just got the call from the man.
We have power.
This Tuedays RBNO will be online.
We might want to consider replacing surge protecting stuff in any power
strips that were left on.
Mike plugged in one of his power strips and it smoked. I assume a well
exercised MOV might have given its life to try to protect others.
Mike's stuff is OK. It remains to be seen what the status of all of our
stuff is.
We might be begging for computer donations if our luck was not so good.
Mike also said there is like 125 amp 3 phase box unused now.
Wonder if we could speed cook a turkey electrically -- kind of like those
old hot dog cookers that stuck a probe in each end of the dog. I will leave
that to the club officership to work the details out on that.
