Hi Brian:

The Tanner's show is Saturday the 14th. It's also when
we'll have our talent show. I'll repost the info
below.

The DPRG talent show is fast approaching. For those of
you who missed the announcement at last months
meeting, I’ll repeat the details here.

What: The Annual DPR Talent Show.
Where: The parking lot of Tanners electronics, which
will coincide with their annual outdoor robotics show.
When: Saturday April 14. The outdoor show will run
from 10:30AM until 2:00PM. The Talent show will begin
promptly at noon.
Categories: There will be two main Talent show
contests: “Fan Favorite” and “Best in Show”.

The “Fan Favorite” competition will be decided by
votes of whomever wishes to participate. Votes will be
tallied after the “Best in Show” presentations are
complete.

To compete in the “Best in Show” competition, the
robot builder will have to give a brief (roughly 5
minutes or less) demonstration of their machine.
Points will be awarded based on originality,
functionality, presentation, appearance, and
entertainment.

I plan on brining the medium-sized course and the
table-top line-following course. If anyone needs any
additional equipment, please contact me.
