Yes, I did. Search Web for "darlington array 2003"
and you will find all kinds of info / example circuits....
Dale mentioned that there is an 8 driver chip.
I am familiar with the ULN 2003 which has 7 drivers
I can give you a few of those if you like -- I bought a bunch for a project
in 1988.
I think each driver is good for about 300 ma, but you can gang them for
increased output.
You have to watch the total current for the chip I believe.
Each driver has a flyback protection diode which is real handy.
