[DPRG] RF snooper

I am guessing that it somewhere from 50MHz to 1-2GHz because:

-- It totally swamps some FM radio stations.

-- I think that it is interfering with my cell phone.

-- The 900Mhz portable phones in the house do not seem to have the range
that I think that they should have.

-- My WiFi seems to be OK.

Do you mean broadband as in WiFi 802.11, or broadband as in interfering
with multiple broadcast TV channels?

If it is 802.11 (2.4GHz), then it may just be too many access points that
have not been configured. In many places I have seen up to 15 access
points all on channel 6. That really slows things down.

There was an article a few months ago on building a low cost spectrum
analyzer for the 2.4GHz band in Circuit Cellar.
