I am trying to figure out a simple way to stream video over a LAN and was
wondering what
DPRG was using to stream the webcams from the World Headquarters.

  I would be using a bttv878 PCI card with composite input for capture and
would prefer to have users
open the video in a browser to avoid installing software.
  The operating system would be Windows 2000 or Ubuntu Dapper.

If the DPRG setup is too compleximacated for me, maybe someone in the group
has a suggestion?
