Uh, try searching on "h-bridge driver" or "half bridge driver" or just cut
to the chase and go to www.irf.com, www.linear.com, or any number of
semiconductor companies that make integrated drivers for NMOS H-Bridges.
AFAIK all completely integrated H-Bridges (driver and power elements) like
the LM18200, TIPIC0108, ST5402, etc. are all NMOS designs.
Don't even think of a discrete design unless you are doing it for your
education. Even integrated solutions are not trivial, though the schematics
might make it look simple. There are lots of issues that don't show up in
the schematic, like parasitic inductance of the bonding wires and how they
affect turn on/off parameters...
Spend a couple weeks of quality time with as many application notes and
design manuals as you can before starting out.
Good luck.

| I know, I know...
|
| All the veterans thinking "Here starts the H Bridge
| topic again".
|
| Crops up every century, now and then, I see....
|
| But the problem is, reliable information is really
| hard to come by.
|
| Found a lot of bipolar MOSFET designs on the web, and
| found a few all N Channel designs too, but the best
| documented one, unfortunately, has "OBSOLETE" marked
| on it by the author.
|
| Is an all N-channel MOSFET H Bridge a myth ?
|
| PS : Does this email warrant a few links to
| substantiate my thoughts ? Let me know.
