DPRG Members,
According to DPRG bylaws: "The annual meeting of the members of the
corporation shall be held at the first regular meeting in January of each
year at the time and place prescribed by the Board of Directors. The members
shall elect Executive Officers at the annual meeting."
To allow for broader participation it was decided at the December monthly
meeting that nominations for the Executive Officers will be held open until
the January annual meeting. The current nominations are posted below and
further nominations are encouraged. Nominations can be submitted by proxy
until the day of the annual meeting. Nominations will be posted to this list
as they are received. Nominations in person will be accepted at the annual
meeting. Proxy voting will be accepted until the day of the annual meeting.
Once all the in person nominations are submitted nominations will be closed
and immediately followed by the elections of the Executive Officers at the
annual meeting.
