I work for a R&D company where everyone, including the lowly technicians have degrees in Physics and Engineering.
A few years ago, we had a "genius" come in for an interview. This guy was brilliant. He was solving some of our
problems just in the interview process. Probably the smarted guy I ever came across.
We did not hire him.
Reason, his attitude. He knew he was a genius, and he acted like he was a genius and that he was much smarter than
everyone else.
We knew that if we hired him, everyone else would quit because they could not deal with his arrogant attitude.
So, as Randy pointed out, social skills are important, especially trying to get a job.
Remember, the main purpose of an interview is not to see if you are qualified for a job, it is to see if you can
socially interact with the people your are going to work with.
There is no such thing as racism against muslims. Any race can be a muslim. What people are against is what muslims
stand for and do. Unfortunately, there are too many people that are too stupid to live in peace with one another. We
get to choose how we react to others regardless of who they are or what they do. In the end we will all be held
accountable for our choices.

Yes I'm a genius : )
I'm doing 1 week of high school a day except for math, but then I'll finish
everything early so then I can work on math a lot over summer. Plus as you
can guess from my name, I'm Muslim, the socials seem to be quite hard for
me, just the other day my fam was at a restaurant and someone through their
food at us. I also went to public school for this semester, not very
pleasant, went to the principle's office a lot on the account of racism.
