I thought many of you might like to know that through this Sunday, Nikko in Plano
(NW corner of Summit and Matrix) is having a warehouse sale to reduce stock before
they move office buildings.
I picked up a 1/8th scale F350 off road truck for $25 and a spare battery/charger for $6.
I also got a 1/10th scale hummer for the same price. These are digital proportional
steering and speed controlled so I figure not too much hacking to make a robot of them.

Cash is faster at checkout, but they do take credit cards too.
