Pretty much the same for both of us Rick.

I'm pretty lucky lately. I've had a couple paying robot projects
recently. Museum stuff. Wasn't supposed to be, but turned out to
be low pay for long hours. But paid projects none the less.

RBNO West again? Wed nights? I might be able to make it, but
probably not both the current RBNO and yours. RBNO has become
more a social event than a building event. If we had an advanced
builders event, I might find that more appealing.

Personally I think I'm more inclined to make progress with a
group. I don't mind the programming and electronics, but my eyes
are shot for mechanical issues, and my hand eye coordination...
Well, you need eyes for that.

I used to have Friday's for robots out here at NMI. We saw some
advances in robots. Travis Trotman's R2 was a product of that
effort. Bill James made a bunch of progress on Beerbot back
then. I also had the UTA students for awhile. More recently Ed
and James Koffeman were working with me.
