Attached is a two page document, can-can.doc in Word 97 format.

I tried to paste it in to the email and the formatting was so bad that you
could not understand it.

I find it is better for the discussion if you see what the proposed changes
are, then we can decide what we like and what we don't like, and hopefully
come to a consensus.

The old rules are http://www.dprg.org/00a_CanCan.html if you want to
compare.

 I have left most emphasis on can recovery, with a strong second area on
navigation and knowing where you are on the course.  I have also knocked
down some of the judges judgement, because it is harder on the judges.
