I think the rule  "Don't change horses in midstream"  applies here.

The rules for the Fall RoboRama should be interpreted the same way as the Spring
RoboRama.

If the rules need to be changed, then do it at the next meeting, when the builders
have 5 months to work.    Don't do it 5 days before the RoboRama.

Did anyone want me to order more white tape?
