[DPRG] Rules

No matter how many times the rules are revised, they will never cover all
possibilities. Obviously, any judging panel must confer and agree on
whatever interpretation is contemplated. I have 25 years of experience in
formulating and interpreting rules for model airplane activity. As
chairman of one rules committee set up by the Academy of Model
Aeronautics, I have, in cases requiring an immediate ruling, had to
convene a telephone conference call between ten other District committee
members and myself. A DPRG event with three judges in the same location
is easy!
