Hello,
The keyboard in most cases can be disabled in CMOS during boot up by hitting
the DEL key when your prompted to do so and turning the keyboard off. Also
it's not a problem to disconnect or unplug the keyboard after your programs
may it be C, Basic or Linux whatever have begin to run.
For vision get a cheap Connectix B&W camera or two for stereo and find or
write some software for controlling two printer ports. I think there is a
Quick Cam newsgroup.
