You really don't need ANYWHERE NEAR what a normal pc supply delivers. My complete 386
system, hard drive and all draws less than 2 amps on the +5 and < 1amp on the +12v. I
can't imagine what would consume 15A on the +5v - You would need 14 awg wire!
On-board arc welder maybe?
