Ok... as far as the kits go, I don't think I can get them out today, though
I will try.

I'd like to go ahead and send you 10 demo kits as well... in fact, it would
be fine with me if we got a demo kit for everyone in the DPRG. The do come
with the book and CD-ROM, which I think could be useful, in fact, feedback
about how you liked them would be greatly appreciated. We're always trying
to make our product and service better.

I don't want to take advantage of your generosity, but there are five
people here who would like t-shirts. I can completely understand if that is
too many.

Thanks,
Rob

Please send them to my house. My wife will be home to accept them.
Thanks so much for all of your help.

I will get them back from the two others that have them and send them
to you promptly.

That would be so cool. I don't want to wear out our welcome, but if we
could
get 5 or so that would be so nice.

That's ok, we're patient and we know yall are making every effort to solve
these minor problems. Since these are donations, we almost hate to bother
your tech-support over them. We really appreciate the free and prompt
support we've received. Yall have been exceptional, indeed.

I'm glad to hear that you will take us up on our offer.
