That may not be bad at all then.  Sounds like we've got about everything
we need except for some power converter from a 12v battery supply.
It may be inefficient, but I wonder if one of those $20 12v battery to 110v
things would work that can be found at the Infomart sale.  Just plug the
computer in, and we've got a working (thinking?) robot brain.  Or maybe
someone might want to proto together a nice power supply board for the
12v and 5v stuff more efficiently.

You can send them to my house.  My wife is home and has people come
by all the time.  She doesn't mind receiving stuff.
