That would be so cool.  I don't want to wear out our welcome, but if we could

That's ok, we're patient and we know yall are making every effort to solve
these minor problems.  Since these are donations, we almost hate to bother
your tech-support over them.  We really appreciate the free and prompt
support we've received.  Yall have been exceptional, indeed.
