I believe most of the new OS' include both. I can't speak for Windows
but OS/2 Warp users can view MPEG and QuickTime videos without needing
any special HW or SW. I'm fairly certain the same is true for Macs.

I'm more worried about hard disk space than bandwidth for now. Try to
keep the DPRG stuff down in the 20-30meg range total until I get the
machine upgraded. Hopefully I'll be able to get the upgrade done sometime
before March. The new machine will have a much larger disk and you can
upload all the multi-meg videos you want...
