Somebody mentioned wanting to make some changes to the above before 
final approval - how about it we take care of that this week on the
mailing list and come to the meeting with a final draft to vote on.
It seems pretty close.  Maybe some of the people on the mailing list
who belong to other robotics groups can post the mission statement of
their groups for comparison - and to steal ideas from! ;-)

If we don't get the historical information by the next meeting, I say
we go ahead and start working on it.
